Registration Form

Upon completion of this form a $200 deposit is required through the link at the bottom of the form. $50 of the deposit will go towards the AAU Club National Championship meet entry fee.

No completed athlete registration = No practicing and No entry into a meet.

The remaining balance of $200 will need to be paid prior to practicing. Payment plans can be arranged on a case-by-case situation at the coach’s discretion.
