Agreements

Agreement #1: I understand the New Member Registration Fee is $400 & a $200 deposit is required before the athlete can start practicing with the team. The Returning Member registration fee is $300 & a $200 deposit is required before the athlete can start practicing with the team.

 

Agreement #2: I understand the family or athlete(s) is responsible for transportation to practices and/or track meets.

 

Agreement #3: I understand I must pay for Track Meets entry fees at the beginning of each month. If you do not pay by the due date, you will not be allowed to compete in track meets until your fees for the season are paid.

 

Agreement #4: I understand once I sign up for TNT Track Club, I am not allowed to train, practice, workout with another Track Club or compete Unattached or for another Track Club or Track Coach. If this agreement is broken, I can be released from TNT Track Club immediately without a refund.

 

Agreement #5: All videos taken by TNT Track Club are subject to being edited and posted social media sites such as Instagram and YouTube for promotional and recruiting purpose.

 

Agreement #6: I, the undersigned parent/guardian of the above-named participant, hereby grant my consent for them to participate in the TNT Track Club program. I understand the inherent risks associated with track and field activities and affirm that my child is physically fit to participate.

 

Agreement #7: I hereby authorize the administration of any necessary first aid or emergency medical treatment in the event of injury or illness. I also acknowledge that I am responsible for any medical costs incurred.

 

Agreement #8: I release TNT Performance Systems & TNT Track Club, it's coaches, and volunteers from any liability for injuries or accidents that may occur during team activities.

 

Agreement #9:  All monies paid are non-refundable under any circumstances regardless of participation level or time. There will be no credit available to use towards TNT Track Club Registration or any meet fees.
